Debbie has been a client for over almost 2 years. Initially she only wanted to reduce her weight However after 3 weeks of training she realised her health improved and wanted to keep going and achieve goals that go beyond fitness, goals that included nutrition, a healthy lifestyle and a confidence she never had before.
Big thank you to Pete for working with me to achieve the goals I was after. The PT sessions helped me lose weight ,get healthy, and build my confidence. Looking forward to future training with Pete.
